If you are searching for the best internet service provider in North Cyprus, you are probably checking out several 'local' ISP's.

Problem number one is that every internet service provider in North Cyprus claims that 'they' are "the best", but according to your own criteria, is there a way for you to work out which internet provider is actually "the best" ?

In making a decision, most people rely upon recommendation - the judgement of the ISP's existing customers. There's no denying that recommendation is a good indicator, but is it the 'only' thing upon which you should base your decision ? Before I continue, I should point out that we have been an internet provider in North Cyprus for twenty years and that during this time, our customers have recommended our service hundreds/thousands of times (who can honestly say how many times) ?

How can you be certain that your requirements match those of the people who are recommending their internet provider ? (one man's meat is another man's poison).

Is their technical expertise adequate to identify the attributes that are important to you ? You may have specific requirements. Are you a distant worker for example, who uses a VPN to log into a UK company's network/system, an online gamer, gambler, or commodity trader, or an internet user who needs 'dedicated' internet bandwidth, or who uses as much 'upload' as 'download internet bandwidth ? Secondly, can you rely upon the integrity of the people who may recommend their internet provider ? Many internet providers run recommendation schemes that incentivise their customers to recommend their service.

Of course, you may just be looking for the service provider offering the fastest possible speed, but is this a sustainable speed, or does the ISP bandwidth throttle the speed after a certain amount of internet bandwith has been used, or do they impose 'total' throughput bandwidth restrictions that drastically reduce the rate at which internet bandwidth can be consumed ?

By all means, look for customer recommendations, but don't let it be the 'only' thing upon which you base your decision.
